RETURNS SERVICE
(Starting at $10 Per Return)
Includes:
- Receiving, processing, and reporting the details of your return along with our recommendation on what to do next.
- Holding the return for up to 90 days.
- Shipping your return wherever you need it to go (back to Amazon for resale, to a customer for a merchant-fulfilled sale on Amazon or another platform).
- Printing shipping labels and prepping for resale.
Not included:
- Shipping costs to send the items to us or any repackaging required for customer fulfillment. You will purchase shipping and provide the label.
- Storage beyond 90 days.
BUNDLE / MULTIPACK
(Flat Rate Based On Unit Size And Details)
Includes:
- Accepting all bundle-related inventory, from packaging to inserts and included products.
- Preparing the bundle and providing a photo for your approval.
- Managing the printing of shipping labels and final product prep.
- Multipack Services Available
Not included:
- Shipping charges or any additional prep materials or packaging required.
